In addition to attending the conferences participants divided into five Learning Lab groups to work through shared challenges and learn from one another in a more intimate environment. Divided by program models, labs focused on Theater, Music/Dance, and Visual Art Residency Model; Curriculum Development; and Field Trips. Each Lab met in January, February and March to build on their learning, continue to evaluate gaps, and grow together as a community of practice. At the closing conference in March, each lab present on their culture at the core journey.
